At Levy's Leathers, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your leather goods aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from creasing.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
